Fundejoven Youth Foundation 
Fundejoven is a nonprofit organization created to improve the quality of life of children, youth, their families and communities throughout the world. The following is the start plan, guidelines and initial ideas about Fundejoven Youth Foundation FYF.

 

FYF become a nonprofit organization in USA thanks to the initial experience of Fundejoven Colombia.  In the last 10 years Fundejoven Colombia developed the principles and philosophy that gained national and international recognition. Based on the same ideas Fundejoven in USA founded its concept in USA. 

 

FYF was born to support Fundejoven Colombia mission, structure, members, and networking; and to provide advocacy, partnership and empowerment of local organizations, communities and institutions that are in need to overcome the gap between good ideas and resources.

 

FYF as a major nonprofit organization in the world that targets human development, social development and education for youths and their families will develop a positioning plan in three stages. The initial stage will focus in advocating on behalf of Fundejoven Colombia programs.

The international art project is an initiative lead by FundejovenYF to advocate, link, and expose artist and their production in the international galleries. It is focus in idenfiying talented artist from colombia and advocate on their behalf to get opportunities to present their productions in galleries all around the world.

Empowering children, youth, families and their communities!

 

Fundejoven YF will close gap between ideas and resources. Fundejoven YF will provide 4 major services: education, advocacy, management support, and linkages to resources worldwide. Fundejoven will provide these services to individuals, groups, communities, and institutions located in Latin America. FYF will operate by providing one and/or several services at the same time in any of the scopes previous mentioned (individuals, groups, communities, and institutions). FYF will develop a support coordination network between countries.

 

FYF will search in each country for initiatives (individuals, groups, communities, and institutions) that support democracy, non violence culture, and human; and social development.  FYF is owned by Fredy Martinez, Judith Almeida and Monica Lozano. They are a team of accredited cared and dedicated professional in the field of Business management, Social and Human development and Counseling.
