Red-Activos es un proceso de liderazgo social orientado a jovenes para construir desde la recreo-formacion ciudadana activa y mejorar su calidad de vida. Estos jovenes se capacitan en las reas de recreacin formativa, programacin neurolinguistica, manejo de grupos, campismo, organizacin de eventos, expresion oral , con lo cual obtienen las herramientas para liderar procesos sociales.
Active-networks is a process of leadership which objetive is to improve the quality of live of youth population by building proactive-citizenship based on strategies of aftershool activites, school break programs and activites use of free time productively . Participants from this program are trained on developing skills to be community leaders and schools leaders. Youth from this program learn about strategies of verbal and non-verbal communication from PNL (Neurolinguistic Programing), plan and monitore activites, motivation skills, plan and develop small and large recreational activites.
